Article 1. Application deadline
- 31 January 2021
- Once the application is exceeded, acceptance of applications will be closed, even before 31 January 2021.
Article 2. Payment of booth fee
- Upon receipt of the application form, an invoice of the exhibit space fee will be sent applicants after obtaining approval of e-KIEMSTA management office.
- Total fee must be paid by USD($) only.
- No check is accepted.
- Bank charges must be paid by applicants.
Article 3. Payment deadline
(1) All charge must be paid within 10 days after submission of application.
(2) If the exhibit booth fee is not paid before the deadline, e-KIEMSTA management office may cancel the exhibit application.
Article 4. Exhibition contract
The exhibition contract will go into effect upon approval of the application form by KIEMSTA management office. The approved application form will then serve as the exhibition contract.
Article 5. Exhibitor cancellation
(1) In case of cancellation, applicants should submit a request to e-KIEMSTA management office for approval by written notice.
(2) In the event that applicants have not yet remitted the proper amount as noted above, the applicants must remit it immediately. If the applicants have already remitted more than the amount noted above, the excess amount will be refunded by KIEMSTA management office.
(3) If the exhibitor cancels his / her participation in the exhibition, all or part of the down payment paid will not be returned.

Article 6. Exhibit space fee includes:
- Expenses for e-KAMICO website maintenance, promotion charge, etc.
Article 8. Booth allocation
The organizer and e-KIEMSTA management office reserves the right to manage the e-KIEMSTA website and classify the type of exhibits.
