It can sterilize and germinate 1440Kg of rice seeds at once.
Using the patented rice seed frame, water and oxygen can penetrate deeply between the rice seed, enabling even disinfection and germination.
When sterilizing, using the patented rice seed frame and shelf, the rice seed net can be loaded very easily, and after sterilization and germination, rice seeds can be easily sown.
Compared to conventional disinfection methods, the disinfection efficiency has been improved by more than 10 times, and the temperature deviation has been reduced by more than 2 times to realize stable hot water disinfection.
The disinfection tank and frame are made of SUS 304 material, so there is no concern about contamination such as microplastics, and it has semi-permanent durability.
